Castle hotel representatives
We’re currently trying to contact by email every castle hotel from our list. Please contact me directly if you want to learn about possible ways for your hotel to benefit from our website.
Here are some of the services planned for the Castle Hotel Ireland project and ways you can benefit from them:
- an email subscription with latest offers and season specials
- regular news and posts – this website is a blog, which means new articles and updates will be posted regularly and can either be received by blog readers or be delivered through an email subscription service.
- personalized page for each castle – I’m doing research myself, and will create a basic page for each castle hotel. However, you can greatly improve the quality of this page by providing me with information and photos of your hotel. I can post any kind of promotion text for you to help attract more visitors
- advanced map integration – I’m going to use Google Maps solution, which will allow each castle to have a personalized map with nearby cities and main attractions. With just a few clicks, visitors will be able to plan their trip down to your hotel or from it to the nearby attraction.
- advertisement – should you be interested in advertising on my website or have a separate email sent to all my subscribers with a special offer, this can be arranged. I will probably limit the number of such promotions because usual offers and deals will be listed in a weekly subscription anyway
- links to your website – I’m using direct links to your website and its pages, which improves your search engine rankings. The more traffic I attract, the more online visitors I’ll be able to send your way

- hotel history – can you provide me with some historical background of your hotel? Visitors researching romantic destinations are thrilled by the ancient history of our castles, and so every little piece of information will help
- photos – I’d love to show the best of your hotel, but would like your permission to reuse some of the photos from your website. If you have a special pack for media, please forward it to me (I can provide regular mail address for this, too)
- hotel logo – do you have an official logo? Having it on your hotel’s page in my directory will certainly add the credibility, so please forward me such an image
- promotion article(s) – do you have any promotional articles you’d like me to use on my pages? I’ll be happy to!
- accommodation – the more information you can give me in this regard, the better. My visitors will mainly be interested in types of the accommodation your provide along with availability numbers (how many suites of each type you have).
- local Attractions - Please feel free to simply point me to other websites or just provide a list of the attractions for my further research
- online booking arrangement – if it’s possible for me to automate online booking for your hotel, I’ll be very interested in doing this for the typical commission fee. Many hotels use Avvio engine, and I will welcome an opportunity to become a affiliate merchant for your hotel if you’re interested.
